钢结构住宅复合墙板现存问题及建议

摘　　要：影响钢结构装配式建筑推广应用的因素之一是配套的围护体系,尤其是外墙体系。因夹芯保温混凝土复合墙板集节能、承重于一体,目前在钢结构建筑外墙中应用较多。但该复合墙板在实际工程应用中仍存在一些问题有待改进,如复合墙板的拆分设计和连接构造、复合墙板的生产质量和精度控制、复合墙板的安装顺序、安装精度和安装工艺等问题。基于此,以实际工程为背景,从复合墙板的设计、制作、安装三个方面分析复合墙板应用中存在的问题,并给出了相应的改进建议。The wall system especially the external wall system is very important to the popularization and application of prefabricated steel structure residence. Due to the good energy-saving capability and satisfactory bearing capacity,sandwich composite panels have been widely used in many practical construction projects. However,several problems still need to be addressed currently,including the connection details,product quality control,installing process,and in-situ assembling method,etc. Based on an actual project,the paper analyzed the current issues of sandwich composite panels from the aspects of design,manufacturing and installment. Finally,some improvement suggestions were given for the development of such panels.
