青岛啤酒厂早期建筑遗产保存及空间再利用探析

摘　　要：工业遗产作为世界遗产领域的重要专题,研究其保存与空间再利用的方法是非常必要的。青岛啤酒厂早期建筑历经德租、日占和国统时期,是同时期最具代表性的工业遗产。通过从建筑环境、建筑实体与细部、内部功能置换三方面对青岛啤酒厂早期建筑的保存与空间再利用进行分析,并对其进行价值评估,从而进一步总结工业遗产活化保存的方法。Industrial heritage is one of important spcial topics of world heritage,and it is essential to study the methods of conservation and reuse. Early buildings in Tsingtao Brewery experienced the period of colonial domination by German and Japan and domination by the national government,which the Cultural and social vicissitude are the most representative industrial heritage in the same period. Through analyzing the layout,building entity and details,function replacement of early buildings of Tsingtao Brewery,the value assessment was conducted to summarize the preservation and adaptive reuse measures of industrial heritage.
