被动优先、主动优化的绿色办公楼设计实践及思考

摘　　要：以某办公楼为例,对其设计目标、设计原则及具体的绿色设计策略作了全面分析,并针对当前绿色办公楼的发展现状,围绕绿色建筑设计的本质,从建筑设计策略制定及绿色技术选用方面提出了相关建议,以期为今后的绿色办公楼设计提供有益参考。Taking an office building in Wuhan city as an example,it made a comprehensive analysis of its design objectives,design principles and the specific green design strategies in order to provide some useful reference for the future of green building design. In view of the current green building development,it put forward some relevant suggestions from the aspects of architectural design strategy formulation and green technology selection around the essence of green building design.
