摘 要:为研究北方内陆寒冷地区碱性湖泊夏季蓝藻水华暴发特点及其环境因子影响因素,于2015年夏季(7月末)对呼伦湖及乌兰诺尔河的8个样点进行了水样的采集,分析了呼伦湖地区浮游植物组成,以及水化学环境因子。结果表明:该区浮游植物共有6门76种,可划分为19个功能群,其中重要功能群为H1、C、X2、MP和W1,以H1和X2功能群占明显优势,二者分别占52.08%和21.86%。总磷、总氮是影响呼伦湖夏季蓝藻水藻暴发的最主要因素,其次是BOD_5、透明度、碱度和有效积温。We studied the characteristic and affecting physical factors of cyanobacteria outbreak in northern cold region inland al-kaline water during summer with the samples collected at eight sites in Hulun Lake and Ullanor Lake in summer (July), 2015. We analyzed the composition of the functional groups of phytoplankton in Hulun Lake and the environmental factors of the water. Nineteen functional groups were identified in Hulun Lake and the important groups included HI, C, X2, MP, W1. The dominant groups were H1 (52.08%) and X2 (21.86%). Total phosphorus and total nitrogen were the main factors of Cyanobacteria outbreak in Hulun Lake during summer followed by biological oxygen demand, Secchi depth, alka-linity and effective accumulated temperature.
