摘 要:利用数值模拟方法对浮式钻井生产储油平台(Floating Drilling Production Storage Offloading,FDPSO)涡激运动特性开展了研究.采用雷诺平均法求解Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程,运用DES(Detached Eddy Simulation)湍流模型及CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)动网格方法对FDPSO平台的涡激运动流场特性进行了模拟;同时采用1∶80的缩尺比物理模型,在上海交通大学海洋工程国家重点实验室的海洋工程水池中进行了模型试验研究.试验考虑了系泊系统以及平台不同自由度之间耦合作用对平台涡激运动的影响,并将数值模拟和模型试验结果进行对比,分析了新型多立柱浮式钻井平台流向和横向涡激运动时间历程、频谱特性、锁定现象等以揭示其涡激运动的内在机理,为该型平台的设计提供借鉴和参考.Abstract: In this paper, the hydrodynamic characteristics of floating drilling production storage offloading (FDPSO) are studied. The characteristics of vortex-induced motion are studied by the method of combi- ning numerical simulation and model test considering the coupling between different degrees of freedom and the effect of the mooring system. Dynamic mesh technique and Reynolds-averaged method combined with detached eddy simulation (DES) turbulence model for the Navier-Stokes equation have been applied to re- search the flow field characteristics and the three-dimensional vortex-induced movement of platform. Sim- ultaneously, in the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a physi- cal model zoomed with a scale of 1 : 80 is used to carry out the experimental study, and the results of mod el test are compared with numerical simulation. In order to reveal internal mechanism of vortex-induced motion and provide a reference for the design of this type of FDPSO, this paper focuses on the research of time histories of stream-wise and transverse motion, spectral characteristics and "lock-in" phenomenon.
