摘　　要：地下室由于设计、施工不当造成渗漏是工程中常见质量问题,文中结构工程实例,主要不从建筑本身进行补漏加固,而是通过对地下室周围环境的"固、堵、截、排、泄"等措施有效处理了大片地下室的严重渗漏问题,是地下室补漏处理的新思路。Basement leakage is the common quality problem of engineering because of improper design and construction. An example of structural engineering is given in this paper, the building itself is not reinforced to repair, but measures like solid,block,cut,drainage,discharge are taken towards the local environment to effectively deal with the serious leakage problem,which gives a new way to handle the leakage of the basement.
