摘  要:目的:观察体外冲击波联合红外偏振光治疗难治性褥疮的临床疗效。方法:将45例难治性压疮患者按照随机数字表法分为偏振光组、冲击波组和联合治疗组,每组15例。三组均给予常规治疗,偏振光组加用红外偏振光治疗,冲击波组加用体外冲击波治疗,联合治疗组加用体外冲击波联合红外偏正光的治疗。结果:三组治疗7、14、28 d后的Bates-Jenson评分、PUSH评分、创面面积[治疗后创面缩小率(%)]与治疗前相比均有下降,且联合治疗组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波联合红外偏振光对难治性压疮患者的临床治疗优于单纯冲击波或者单纯红外偏振光治疗,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the combination of external shock wave and infrared polarized light for refractory bedsores.Method: A total of 45 cases of refractory ulcer were randomly divided into polarized light group, shock wave group and combination treatment observation group, 15 cases in each group. Three groups were given routine treatment, the polarized light group was treated with infrared polarized light,and shock wave group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave, and the combination treatment group was treated with the combination of external shock wave and infrared polarized light.Result: Compared with before treatment, Bates-Jenson score, PUSH score, the wound area[wounds shrink rate after treatment ( % ) ] of three groups after treatment of 7, 14 and 28 d were decreased, the combination treatment group decreased more significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Clinical treatment of the combination of external shock wave and infrared polarized light for refractory bedsores is better than that of pure shock wave or pure infrared polarized light therapy, it is a kind of effective treatment method.
