慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后生存质量及嗅觉变化分析

摘　　要：目的:探究慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者行鼻内镜术后的生存质量及嗅觉变化。方法:选取在本院就诊的43例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,采用CCCRC嗅觉测试、视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)和鼻腔鼻窦结局测量20条(sino-nasal outcome test-20,SNOT-20)等对术前、术后1、3、6个月及1年生存质量及嗅觉变化进行评估。结果:患者术后6个月和1年CCCRC评分均明显优于术前(P<0.05);嗅觉VAS评分均较术前有显著改善(P<0.05);患者术后1、3、6个月和1年与术前相比,SNOT-20总分均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜术后6个月以内患者生存质量和嗅觉均逐渐提升,至术后6个月得到较好的提升,且术后6个月趋于稳定。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery on the olfaction and quality of life in chronic rhinosinusitis patients with nasal polyps.Method： A total of 43 chronic rhinosinusitis patients with nasal polyps were studied in this research, CCCRC score, VAS score and SNOT-20 score were measured before the operation, and 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the operation to evaluate olfaetion and quality of life of patients.Result： The CCCRC score of patients after operation for 6 months and 1 year were significant higher than that before operation （ P〈0.05 ） ; in addition, the VAS score of patients after operation of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year were significant lower than that before operation （ P〈0.05 ） ; furthermore, the SNOT-20 score of patients after operation for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year were significant lower than that before operation （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： 6 months after surgery, the olfaction and quality of life were gradually improved and stabilized.
