利尿通淋散联合中医护理防治痔疮术后尿潴留的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察利尿通淋散对痔疮患者术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年5月-2016年1月本院行痔疮术100例术后尿潴留患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组在患者痔疮术后立即给予利尿通淋散饮服和中医护理;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者术后第一次排尿时间、首次排尿后膀胱残余尿量阳性率、尿潴留发生率、导尿术使用率和疼痛程度。结果:观察组患者疼痛评分、第一次排尿时间、首次排尿后膀胱残余尿量阳性率、尿潴留发生率及导尿术使用率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利尿通淋散联合中医护理能促进痔疮术后患者自行排尿,有效地减少其尿潴留的发生,减轻患者疼痛。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Diuretic tonglin granules （ DTG ） on urinary retention of after hemorrhoid surgery patients.Method： From May 2014 to January 2016, 100 patients with urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery- treated in our hospital were selected, and divided into treatment group and control groups according to the random number table method, 50 patients in each group.Treatment group was taken DTC after hemorrhoids surgery, and the patients were cared with traditional Chinese medical （ TCM ）nursing; control group was cared with routine nursing.The time of first urination, positive rates of bladder residual urine, incidence of urinary retention, catheter use and pain degree of two groups were compared.Result： The pain degree, time of first urination, positive rates of bladder residual urine, incidence of urinary retention and catheter use of treatment group were all better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈O.05） .Coneluslon： DTG combination with TCM nursing could promote micturition in postoperative patients with hemorrhoids surgery, reduce their urinary retention incidence and relieve their pain effectively.
