摘　　要：为总结发现经济发达地区农业发展的新动力,探求追寻经济发达地区引领农村实现新跨越的新动能;凝练吴兴互联网+农业发展的典型模式,总结经验,研究问题,提出对策,为其他地区现代农业、互联网+农业发展提供参考样板,笔者于2016年5月31日—6月8日随农业部党校第30期处级干部任职班学员赴湖州市吴兴区开展了为期9天的专题调研。在深入吴兴的三镇两区一街道,对12家农户、合作社、相关企业实地调研的基础上,通过座谈、研讨、交流基础上总结形成了湖州市吴兴区互联网+农业发展的典型模式、重要经验,提出了湖州市吴兴区互联网+农业发展存在的问题和对策建议,从互联网+农业发展是业态创新、国内互联网+农业(农村)市场空间巨大、互联网+将成为经济新常态下国内农业发展的新动力等方面进行了调研展望。The aim of the investigation is to explore the new impetus and driving force for agricultural development and the new leap of developed rural areas, sum up the typical development mode of internet plus agriculture and provide a reference for modern agriculture and internet plus agriculture in other regions. 12 peasant households, cooperatives and enterprises were investigated in Wuxing District, Huzhou City from May 31 to June 8, 2016 by division level staffs in the 30th party school training course of MOA. The typical mode and experience were obtained through informal discussions and communication, the problems existed in the development were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Finally, the authors made an outlook on the development form innovation of internet plus agriculture, the giant space of internet plus rural market and the new development power of internet plus agriculture under the economic new normal.
