中医内外合治治疗肛门周围脓肿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医内外合治治疗肛门周围脓肿效果。方法:将168例肛门周围脓肿患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各84例,对照组采用西医抗生素治疗,在此基础上,治疗组加用中药汤剂内服、中药外敷加理疗、中药熏洗治疗等中医内外综合治疗。结果:两组患者总有效率、治疗后疼痛消失时间、肿胀消失时间、脓肿消失时间比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医内外综合疗法明显优于单一疗法,可减轻水肿,缩短愈合时间,是治疗肛周脓肿的有效措施之一。Objective： To explore the treatment of perianal abscess by internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Method： 168 cases of perianal abscess were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 84 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotic treatment, and on this basis, the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction, Chinese medicine and physical therapy, herbal fumigation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensive treatment.Result： The total effective rate, the pain disappeared after treatment, the swelling disappeared time, the time of disappearance of the abscess in the treatment group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈O.O5）.Conclusion： The internal and external comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine is superior to single therapy, it can reduce the edema and shorten the healing time, which is one of the effective measures for treating perianal abscess.
