摘　　要：回肠代输尿管术是治疗输尿管全段缺损的有效方法,随着技术的不断发展,腹腔镜下完成回肠代输尿管已逐步应用于临床。本文通过文献复习并结合自身的实践经验,就腹腔镜回肠代输尿管的手术方法和疗效进行阐述。Ileal ureteral replacement is an effective treatment option for patients with long segment ureteral defect. With the development of technology, laparoscopic ileal ureteral surgery has been gradually applied in clinical practice. In this paper, we will explore the laparoseopic techniques in ileal ureteral surgery and the efficacy, based on literature review and our clinical experience.
