摘　　要：从实际生产中选取两个有代表性的铸件进行工艺难点分析、工艺方案制定和工艺实施,通过重力铸造获得了较好的铸件质量,满足了用户的要求。重力铸造作为传统的铸造方法,对单件小批量产品试制,配合使用树脂砂造型,以其强大的工艺灵活性,低廉的生产成本,可以获得优质铝合金铸件。The technical difficulties analysis, process plan formulation and process implementation of two representative castings from practical production were put forward. The better quality of casting meets the requirement of customer through gravity casting. The technology of gravity casting has flexibility as a traditional casting method, and production cost is cheap in the development of small batches of products with using resin sand molding. We can achieve qualified aluminum castings.
