摘  要:正常生产过程中,催化裂化装置内催化剂的少量损耗是正常的,但一般应小于0.7kg/t进料,如果超过0.9kg/t进料,则表示催化剂跑损严重。2016年9月7日,洛阳石化2号催化裂化装置混合进料中铁含量超标,引起催化剂铁中毒,从而造成平衡剂细化,平衡催化剂活性下降,产品分布变差,干气和焦炭产率上升,且干气中氢/甲烷比上升,而液化气和汽油收率下降,产品的轻油收率和轻液收率双双下降;再生器跑损;三旋出口烟气不合格。通过用新鲜剂对再生器内污染催化剂进行置换,同时加大自动加料的加剂速度,以此恢复平衡剂活性和选择性,使产品分布正常,同时使三旋出口烟气达标,保证烟机平稳运行。建议日常生产中,加强对再生器催化剂藏量、再生器稀相密度和三旋出口烟气监控,三者的变化可作为判断再生器催化剂跑损的依据。During the normal operation of FCC unit,a catalyst loss of less than 0.7kg/t feed is normal,but a loss of higher than 0.9kg/t feed indicates severe catalyst loss.On September 7,2016,the catalysts in the No.2 FCC unit at SINOPEC Luoyang Company were poisoned due to the excessive iron content of the mixed feed- stock,thus causing problems including the refinement of equilibrium catalysts,which results in lower activity of equilibrium catalyst,poor product distribution,higher yields of dry gas and coke,higher hydrogen/methane ratio in dry gas ,lower yields of LPG and gasoline and lower yields of light oil and light liquid products, as well as the loss of catalysts from regenerator and the unqualified flue gas from the outlet of three-stage cy- clone separator.To solve these problems,the poisoned catalysts in the regenerator were replaced by fresh cata- lysts, and the feeding speed of automatic feeder was increased, so as to restore the activity and selectivity of equilibrium catalysts and achieve normal product distribution.In addition,the flue gas from the outlet of three- stage cyclone separator was treated to meet the required specifications,thus ensuring the smooth operation of flue gas turbine.It suggests that the monitoring of the catalyst inventory,the dilute phase density of regenera- tor and the flue gas from the outlet of three-stage cyclone separator should be strengthened in daily produc- tion,and the changes in these three indicators can be used as the basis for judging the catalyst loss of re- generator.
