摘 要:沧州石化为降低原油成本,采用劣质化原油加工方案,渣油金属含量升高不能进催化裂化装置掺渣,渣油利用率降低。为充分利用催化裂化装置富余加工能力,优化原油组合和加工方案,采用分储分炼方式,将低金属含量的华北、蒙古和赛罕等石蜡基原油进特定原油调和罐储存,单独进常减压加工,减压渣油利用指定延迟焦化原料罐单独储存。加工劣质原油时,石蜡基减渣进催化裂化装置掺炼,依靠焦化蜡油线进行输送掺渣。因石蜡基减渣黏度大,混合输送要尽量控制较高温度,以提高两者的混合程度与流动性。此外,由于石蜡基减渣生焦率高,根据催化裂化装置原料库存和外取热产汽量等实际情况,一般控制掺渣比例在10%以内。分储分炼的应用,使石蜡基减渣利用率得到提高,缓解了原油劣质化后催化裂化原料不足的问题,同时增产了高附加值汽油产品,每吨石蜡基减渣进催化裂化装置比进延迟焦化装置增加经济效益240.73元。In order to reduce the cost of crude oil, SINOPEC Cangzhou Company adopted the refining scheme for inferior crude oil.Due to the higher metal content,the residue could not be blended in the FCC unit, thus resulting in lower utilization of residue.To make full use of the surplus processing capacity of FCC unit and optimize the combination of crude oil and the refining scheme, separate storage and refining was adopted. Paraffin-base crude oils with low metal content including Huabei crude oil,Mongolia crude oil and Saihan crude oil were stored in specific crude oil blending tanks for separate refining in CDU/VDU.The vacuum residue was separately stored in specific delayed coking feed tank.While processing inferior crude oil,paraf- fin-base vacuum residue was sent to the FCC unit through the CGO pipeline.Due to the high viscosity of paraffin-base vacuum residue,high temperature should be maintained during the transportation to improve the mixing and flowability of residue and CGO.In addition,due to the high coking rate of paraffin-base vacuum residue ,the residue blending ratio was normally kept below 10% according to the inventory of FCC feedstock and the steam generation in catalyst cooler.The application of separate storage and refining improved the uti- lization of paraffin-base vacuum residue ,alleviated the insufficiency of FCC feedstock while processing inferior crude oil,and increased the production of high value-added gasoline products.Processing residue in FCC unit instead of delayed coking unit can improve the economic benefit ton of vacuum residue.
