摘 要:运用流程模拟软件对干气-液化气胺液循环系统进行了严格模拟,分析了富液H_2S含量、贫液H_2S含量、MDEA浓度、富液进塔温度对溶剂再生能耗的影响,并对液化气脱硫塔富液的串级利用进行了模拟。结果表明:在脱硫指标满足的条件下,干气-液化气脱硫系统富液H_2S含量可提高至20g/L左右,贫液H_2S含量控制在1.1g/L左右为最佳;固定脱硫塔净化气中H_2S含量不变,胺液系统存在最佳的贫液H_2S含量,在此贫液H_2S含量下,蒸汽消耗最低;MDEA浓度主要影响脱硫塔效果,进而影响胺液循环量,在系统不出现发泡时,应尽可能提高MDEA浓度;从节省蒸汽的角度讲,富液进再生塔温度越高越好,实际进塔温度可优化至设计值;胺液串级利用解决了富液不富、硫容分配不均等胺液系统现存的问题,由于循环氢脱硫塔贫液质量要求不高,可将H_2S含量不高的富液进行串级再利用。Process simulation software is used to simulate the dry gas/liquefied gas amine system,analyze the influence of the HzS content of rich amine ,the H2S content of lean amine ,the MDEA concentration and the inlet temperature of rich amine on the energy consumption of solvent regeneration,and simulate the cascade utilization of rich amine from liquefied gas desulfurization tower.The results show that while meeting the desulfurization index,the H2S content of rich amine in the dry gas/liquefied gas desulfurization system can reach 20g/L and the HzS content of lean amine is preferably maintained at 1.1g/L.While the H2S content of the purified gas from desulfurization tower remains changed ,an optimum H2S content of lean amine in the amine system can be obtained,which leads to the lowest steam consumption.The MDEA concentration mainly affects the desulfurization effect and then the circulating amount of amine, so it should be as high as possi- ble while there is no foaming in the system.In order to save steam,the temperature of rich amine entering the regenerator should be as high as possible ,and the actual inlet temperature can be optimized to the de- sign value.The cascade utilization of amine can solve the existing problems in amine system including the low H2S content of rich amine and the uneven distribution of sulfur capacity.Since the quality requirements for lean amine from the recycle hydrogen desulfurization tower are not high,the rich amine with low H2S content can be collected for cascade utilization.
