摘  要:结合输变电工程的行业特点,在对我国主要地质灾害(滑坡、泥石流)发生机理及规律系统研究的基础上,对相关研究成果进行提炼和总结,形成国家电网公司企业标准Q/GDW 11527—2016《输变电工程地质灾害防治技术导则》。分别从工程地质条件调查、输变电工程区域性地质灾害危险性评估、输变电工程场地性地质灾害危险性评估、输变电工程地质灾害防治措施等方面对本标准进行深入解读,重点对标准中区域性和场地性地质灾害危险性评估方法、防治措施等关键技术进行详细的解释和说明。可进一步提高设计人员对本标准的理解,便于广大设计和管理人员对本标准的正确使用。Combined with the engineering characteristics of transmission and transformation projects, the enterprise standard of SGCC—"Technical guideline for geological hazard prevention on transmission and transformation projects"(Q/GDW 11527—2016) is formulated based on the systematic research on the occurrence mechanism and regularity of the main geological hazards(landslide and debris flow) in China and after extracting and summarizing the relative research results. This standard is interpreted from the aspects of engineering geological condition investigation, risk assessment of regional geological hazards in transmission and transformation projects, risk assessment of geological hazards on site of transmission and transformation projects and geological hazard prevention measures for transmission and transformation projects, etc. In particular, the risk assessment methods for regional geological hazards and for those on site of transmission and transformation projects as well as the prevention measures are explained in detail. This interpretation could further improve designers' understanding on this standard, and will facilitate design and management staff to use this standard properly.
