摘  要:针对某双钢轮压路机施工中出现自动蟹行的故障,对蟹行液压系统工作原理进行分析,发现原蟹行液压系统中的H型电磁换向阀选型不当,且蟹行阀T口油管管径设计偏小,造成空载卸荷时液压锁A、B口压力偏高,液压锁容易开启导致蟹行液压缸动作,存在设计缺陷。对蟹行液压系统进行改进设计,增加两个梭阀进行优先阀控制信号选择,将H型电磁换向阀改为Y型电磁换向阀并增大T口管径,降低空载时A、B口处压力,确保液压锁不会自动开启。经试验验证,该方法切实可行,不仅彻底解决了问题,还可有效降低能耗。In view of troubled self counter-turning of a tandem-drum roller at job-site it has to analyze principles of the counterturning mechanism and found that the cause lies with the wrong H type solenoid reversing valve in the hydraulic system for counter-turn,plus the T-outlet tube there being smaller in diameter to have built up higher pressure at the ports of A and B in the lock when relieving under no load,and that is a design fault vulnerable to open the hydraulic lock and acts on the counter-turn hydraulically.A way out is to redesign the system by adding thereto 2 shuttle valves to control prior signal selection.Besides,the solenoid valve has to change to Y type from H type and the valve's T port has to be bigger to decrease pressure at the ports A and B under no load,ensuring no self opening of the hydraulic lock.This method has been proved feasible and efficient that it can not only solve the troubles,but also decrease power consumption effectively.
