抗感染专项护理对心内科老年住院患者的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨抗感染专项护理对心内科老年住院患者的影响。方法选择2016年3月-2017年2月在北华大学附属医院心血管内科一疗区入院治疗的126例老年患者作为研究的对象,根据患者入院时间前后的不同,分为常规护理组和抗感染专项护理组各63例。常规护理组采取传统的护理方法,抗感染专项护理组患者进行有效的抗感染护理干预。比较两组患者住院阶段的感染发生情况和护士护理工作的规范性。结果两组在感染率方面比较,抗感染专项护理组低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理工作规范性方面的仪器设备操作及护理比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);侵入性操作及护理、输液护理比较,抗感染专项护理组低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心血管内科老年住院患者开展抗感染专项护理,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of anti infection special nursing care on elderly inpatients in Department of Cardiovascular. Methods 126 elderly patients from March 2016 to February 2017 in Department of First Cardiovascular of The First Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University were selected as routine nursing group and anti infection special nursing group according to the different admission time with63 cases in each group. The routine nursing group took the traditional nursing method,and the effective anti infection special nursing intervention was carried out in the anti infection special nursing group. The incidence of infection and the standardization of nurses＇ nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The two groups were compared in the infection rate,the anti infection special nursing group was lower than the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the equipment operation and nursing care in the nursing work of normative aspects（P〉0.05）. Compared with the routine nursing group,there were significant differences in the invasive operation,nursing care and infusion nursing,and the anti infection special nursing group was significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anti infection special nursing care of elderly inpatients in Department of Cardiovascular is significantly effective.
