应用SF-36量表评价低浓度苯系物、正己烷职业接触人群的生命质量

摘　　要：目的应用健康调查量表SF-36评估低浓度苯系物、正己烷对职业接触工人生命质量的影响,为探索如何提高接触工人生命质量提供依据。方法在深圳市龙岗区应用SF-36量表对辖区218名接触苯系物、正己烷的职业接触者进行调查,选择年龄,性别相匹配的243名非职业危害因素接触工人作为对照组,进行比较分析。结果苯系物、正己烷职业接触工人的总体健康(GH)、生理职能(RP)、生理功能(PF)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、心理健康(MH)等6个维度的得分值低于非职业接触人群(P<0.05)。结论长期接触低浓度苯系物、正己烷降低接触工人的生命质量;SF-36量表在评价接触职业危害因素劳动者的生命质量中有一定的应用价值。[Objective] To apply SF-36 scale to assess workers＂ quality of life who exposed to low concentration benzene series and n-hexane , and provide a basis for how to improve their quality of life. [Methods] SF-36 scale was applied to investigate 218 workers exposed to n-hexane in Longgang District of Shenzhen City,and another 243 gender matched workers without occupational exposure were selected as control group for comparative analysis. [Results] The general health （GH）,physiological function （RP）, physiological function （PF） and vitality （VT） （SF）, social function, mental health （MH） of 6 dimension score of workers exposed to benzene series and n-hexane were lower than the people without exposure （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Long-term exposure to low concentration benzene series,n-hexane reduces exposure of the workers＇ quality of life. SF-36 scale has a certain application value in the evaluation of the quality of life of workers with exposure to occupational hazards.
