摘 要:目的建立居住区大气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳测定的气相色谱标准方法。方法空气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳用活性炭管采集,经二硫化碳解吸后,毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,以峰面积定量计算。结果进样1μl时,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳检出限分别为:2.1×10^(-3)μg和2.6×10^(-3)μg;测定下限分别为:6.4×10^(-3)μg和8.1×10^(-3)μg;当使用活性炭管采样40 L,用1 ml二硫化碳解吸样品时,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的测定范围分别为0.17~40.0 mg/m^3,0.22~40.0 mg/m^3,重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~4.3%。3个浓度水平的加标回收率为92.6%~97.8%。结论本方法适用于居住区大气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳浓度的测定。也适用于室内空气中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳浓度的测定。[Objective] To establish a standard gas chromatography method for the determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in the air of residential areas. [Methods] Chloroform and tetrachloromethane in the air of residential areas were collected by using activated carbon tubes. The samples were desorbed by carbon disulfide,isolated by capillary gas chromatography and analyzed with a hydrogen flame ionization detector to retain the qualitative time and the quantitative apex area. [Results] The samples were injected for 1μl,The limit of chloroform and tetrachloromethane detection was 2.1×10^-3μg and 2.6×10^-3μg,respectively. And the limit of quantification was 6.4×10^-3 μg and 8.1×10^-3μg. Sampling 40 L by activated carbon tubes, and desorbed by 1 ml carbon disulfide,the limit of chloroform and tetrachloromethane detection was 0.17-40.0 mg/m^3, 0.22-40.0 mg/m^3,respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSD) of repetitive test were 1.0%-4.3% respectively. The recoveries of 3 concentrations were in the range of 92.6%-97.8%. [Conclusion] This method is applicable for determining chloroform and tetrachloromethane in the air of residential areas and indoor.
