摘　　要：目的分析2009—2015年红山街道的法定传染病流行趋势,为制定和调整防控对策提供科学依据。方法对黄埔区红山街2009—2015年法定传染病年报资料及人口数据进行趋势分析和描述性分析。结果红山街道7年法定传染病报告病例数25种4 987例,年均报告发病率为16.88/10万,总体呈下降趋势,2009—2015年传染病男女之比为2∶1,青少年仍然是接触性传染病和消化道传染病的高发人群,20~50岁的中青年人群是病毒性肝炎、肺结核及性传播疾病(STDs)的高发人群。散居儿童、工人、家务及待业和幼托儿童等为主要发病人群。结论加强健康宣传教育,增强居民对传染病的防范意识,做好高危人群的干预工作。[ Objective ] To analyze the epidemic characteristic of notifiable diseases in Hongshan Subdistrict in Huangpu District of Shanghai City from 2009-2015,and provide scientific evidence for developing and adjusting control measures. [Methods] Notifiable diseases reports and demographic data in Hongshan Subdistict of Huangpu District from 2009-2015 were collected for trend analysis and descriptive analysis. [Results] A total of 4 987 cases of 25 kinds of notifiable diseases were reported in 7 years,with annual report incidence rate of 16.88/100 000 in average,showing downward tendency. The ratio of male to female was 2 ： 1. Adolescents were high risk group of contagious disease and digestive tract infections. The age group 20-50 years were high risk group for viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases （STDs）. Most of the sufferers were the scattered children, workers, housework and unemployment people, and childcare children. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to enhance health education and promotion, to strengthen awareness of infectious diseases , and to do well in intervention of high risk group.
