摘　　要：目的通过了解北京市丰台区医务人员(healthcare workers,HCWs)麻疹免疫水平的特征,为制定HCWs麻疹疫苗接种政策提供理论依据。方法采取随机抽样方法对19家医疗机构的医务人员开展横断面调查,并采集全血标本共计319份,检测血清中麻疹Ig G抗体。结果 HCWs的麻疹抗体阳性率为95.9%(306/319),几何平均滴度(GMC)为886.1 m U/ml,不同年龄、户籍组间麻疹疫苗接种率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别、年龄、户籍、工作年限、受教育程度、医院级别、岗位类型、免疫史及麻疹知识水平、接种疫苗态度组间HCWs的麻疹抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论需加强对丰台区HCWs麻疹知识的宣传,填补免疫空白,制定合理疫苗接种政策,防控医疗机构内部的麻疹疫情的发生。[ Objective ] To study the characteristics of measles immunity level among heahheare workers （HCWs） in Fengtai District of Beijing,provide theoretical basis for formulating measles vaccination strategies in HCWs. [Methods] By the random sampling method,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among HCWs in 19 medical institutions. Totally 319 blood samples were collected to detect IgG antibodies against measles.[Results] The positive rate of IgG antibodies against measles in HCWs was 95.9% （306/319）,and the geometric mean concentration （GMC） was 886.1 mU/ml. There were statistically significant differences in measles vaccination rate among different groups in age,household register （P〈0.05）. The differences in the positive rate of antibodies against measles were not statistically significant among different HCWs groups in sex,age,household register,years of working,education level,hospital level,working type,immunization history,measles knowledge level and attitude towards vaccination （P〉0.05）. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of measles knowledge among HCWs in Fengtai District,fill the immunization blank and develop the appropriate vaccination policy,to control the measles epidemic in medical institution.
