摘 要:合成了萘二异氰酸酯钝化咪唑化合物NI,并使用FTIR表征了其结构,对环氧树脂/双氰胺/NI体系的固化促进机理、固化活性、转化率、反应动力学、耐热性能和贮存性能进行了研究。结果表明,环氧树脂/双氰胺/NI体系具有良好的固化活性,与未加促进剂的体系相比,特征温度降低了50~60℃左右。环氧树脂/双氰胺/NI体系的表观活化能为89.33kJ/mol,反应级数约为一级。当使用2phr NI时,固化物的Tg可达148.7℃,同时促进剂的含量对体系耐热性能影响不大。该体系在室温下具有良好的贮存稳定性。A naphthalene diisocyanate passivated imidazole derivative (NI) was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR. The curing mechanism, activity, conversion rate, reaction kinetic, heat resistance and storage stability of the epoxy/dicyandiamide/NI system were investigated. The results showed that the epoxy resin/dicyandiamide/NI system has a good curing activity, the characteristic temperatures of the system are 50-60℃ lower than the system without accelerator. The apparent activation energy of the epoxy/dicyandiamide/NI system was calculated to be 89.33kJ/mol, and the reac- tion order was 1. The Tg of the system containing 2phr NI was measured to be 148.7℃, and the effect of NI content on Tg was limited. The prepared system containing NI was found to have a good storage stability at room temperature.
