摘 要:以磷酸盐溶液为原料制备了一种醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂,并借助液滴形状分析仪(DSA)、热重分析仪(TG)及万能拉力机对水溶性和醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂在疏水材料表面的润湿情况、耐热及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂对疏水材料的润湿效果良好,对亲水和疏水材料都有良好的粘接效果;具有优异的耐热性能和力学性能,经1000℃热处理后失重仅为3.5%,醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂在800℃达到最大强度10.67MPa,1200℃高温处理仍达9.20MPa,醇溶剂的使用提高了胶黏剂的剪切强度。A kind of alcohol soluble phosphate adhesive was synthesized with phosphate solution as raw materials. The wetting condition of phos- phate adhesive with different solvents on the hydrophobic material surface, heat resistance and mechanical strength were analyzed by DSA, TG and tension tester respectively. The results showed that the alcohol soluble phosphate adhesive had good wetting effect on hydrophobic material; it had good bonding effect on the hydrophilic or hydrophobic material. The heat resistance and mechanical property of alcohol soluble phosphate adhesive were excellent, the weight loss rate was only 3.5% after heat treatment at 1000℃ and the maximum bonding strength was 10.67MPa at 800℃ and the bonding strength was still up to 9.20MPa after treating at 1200℃. The usage of alcohol solvent had improved the shear strength of the adhesive.
