摘  要:目的:探究师范生"诚实—谦恭"人格特质、感戴与利他行为之间的关系。方法:采用问卷法考察412名师范生的感戴在"诚实—谦恭"人格特质和现实利他行为之间的中介作用以及调节该中介作用的网络利他行为的调节效应。结果:"诚实—谦恭"人格特质与感戴显著的正相关(r=0.189,P<0.01);"诚实—谦恭"人格特质与现实利他行为显著的正相关(r=0.267,P<0.01);感戴与现实利他行为显著的正相关(r=0.611,P<0.01);感戴在"诚实—谦恭"人格特质与现实利他行为之间起着部分中介的作用,中介效应占总效应的26.7%;网络利他行为在"诚实—谦恭"与现实利他行为之间具有调节作用,"诚实—谦恭"人格特质通过感戴中介对现实利他行为的影响随网络利他行为的增加而增大。结论:"诚实—谦恭"人格特质对现实利他行为的影响是有调节的中介模型。Objective: To examine the relationship between Honesty--humility personality trait,gratitude and real- ity altruistic behavior.Methods: A total of 412 college students were investigated by HEXACO--PI(part),College Students' Altruistic Behavior Questionnaire,Grateful scale and Internet Altruistic Behavior Scale of Undergraduate es Questionnaire.Results:(1)There were significantly positive correlations of honesty--humility personality trait in all dim ensions with gratitude (r = 0.189, P 〈 0.01 ), significantly positive correlation between honesty-- humility person- ality trait and reality altruistic behavior(r=0.267 ,P〈0.01),and significantly positive correlation between gratitude and reality altruistic behavior(r = 0.611, P〈0.01 ).Gratitude played partially intermediary roles between the honesty --humility personality trait and reality altruistic behavior in which the mediating effect ratio were 26.7 %.Internet al- truistic behavior had a moderating effect between honesty--humility personality trait and gratitude,with the increase of the internet altruistic behavior, the influence of honesty--humility personality trait to gratitude had also increased. Conclusion:Honesty--humility personality is the mediating model for the reality altruistic behavior.
