河南省医学院校大学生生活意义感的现状

摘　　要：目的:调查医学院校大学生生活意义感的现状及其在性别、年级、专业方面的差异。方法:采用生活意义感量表(PIL),分层随机抽取新乡医学院361名大学生进行测试。结果:(1)河南医学院校大学生生活意义感总体处于中等偏低水平;(2)女生生活意义感显著高于男生(t=-4.56,P<0.001);(3)高年级学生的生活意义感明显低于低年级学生(F=17.55,P<0.001);(4)非医学专业的学生生活意义感低于医学专业学生(t=-7.28,P<0.001)。结论:河南医学院校大学生生活意义感整体处于中等偏低水平,应注重在大学教育中积极引导、干预,提升医学生生活意义感。Objective：To study the condition of medical college students＂ sense of life meaning and its differences in students＂ genders,grades and major.Methods：A total of 361 university students were selected randomly from Xinx- iang medical college to complete the research topic of ＂The meaning of Life Scale（PIL）＂.Results： （1） The medical students＂ sense of life meaning was at a moderate level; （2）The average score of sense of life meaning in female was higher than male（t=-4.56 ,P〈0.001）;（3）Senior students＂ sense of life meaning was lower than junior students sig- nificantly（F = 17.55,P〈：0.001）;（4）The medical students had stronger sense of life meaning compared with non-- medical students. （t = -7.28, P 〈 0.001 ）.Conclusion： The medical college students＂ sense of life meaning in H enan is at a moderate level. We should focus on positive guidance in medical college education, to improve the sense of life meaning in medical college students.
