团体表达性艺术治疗对护士大五人格影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨表达性艺术治疗团体咨询对重症监护病房(ICU)护士群体大五人格的影响作用。方法:应用以绘画为主的表达性艺术治疗团体咨询技术对ICU护士群体进行干预;采用前后对比测量大五人格;采用前后对比评估护士抬高机械通气患者床头依从性;应用SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:干预后大五人格中的神经质维度得分较干预前明显降低(t=2.643,P<0.05),严谨性维度得分明显升高(t=-2.240,P<0.05),其他维度变化不显著;干预后护士抬高机械通气患者床头依从性较干预前明显提高,差异具有显著性(t=-17.77,P<0.01)。结论:表达性艺术治疗团体咨询在用于提高护士大五人格中的严谨性维度得分,降低神经质维度得分,提高机器通气患者床头抬高依从性方面作用显著,具有可操作性及可重复性。Objective.. To explore the effect of expressive art therapy group counseling on ICU nurses＇ big five per- sonality.Methods：Using predominantly painting expressive art therapy group counseling techniques to intervene ICU nurses ;Before and after the intervention,the big five personality was measured, the compliance of ICU nurses raising the head of bed of patients with mechanical ventilation was assessed. The data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS17.0.Results： After the intervention the neuroticism dimension score of the big five personality was significantly decreased（t = 2. 643, P 〈 0.05 ）. The conscientiousness dimension score was increased significantly （t =-2. 240, P 0.05）.The other dimension scores didn＇t changed significantly.After intervention, the compliance of ICU nurses rai- sing the head of bed of the patients with mechanical ventilation was increased significantly（t =-17.77, P d0.01）.Conclusion：Expressive art therapy group counseling can increase nurses＇ conscientiousness dimension scores of big five personality, reduce the neuroticism dimension score,and improve the compliance of raising the head of bed of the pa- tients with mechanical ventilation, the effect is improved significantly, with operability and repeatability.
