摘　　要：目的:分析全髋关节置换术中心理护理发挥的临床结果。方法:选择我院骨科2012年7月—2015年7月收治的因不同病因导致髋关节疾病的患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。入院后所有患者均行全髋关节置换术,予以对照组常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上进行术前、术中及术后心理护理。比较两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)、抑郁自评量表SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale)评分,所有患者术后随访1年,比较生活质量评分。结果:观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.788,7.056;P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.021,P<0.05)。结论:全髋关节置换术中心理护理可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁症状,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：To analyze the clinical results of psychological nursing in total hip replacement.Methods： A total of 80 patients with hip joint disease due to different causes in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2015 were selected as the research object. Using a random number table method, 80 cases Were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. After admission, all patients underwent total hip replacement,the control group received routine care,patients in the observation group added intraop- erative＇ and postoperative psychological care.Two groups were compared after treatment by SAS（Self--Rating Anxi- ety Scale）,Self--Rating Depression Scale（SDS）,all patients were followed up for one year,the quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results： After nursing, SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control（t = 6.788,7.056 ; P〈0.05） ; the quality of life score in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group（t= 14.021 ,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psycho- logical nursing can effeciively improve the anxiety and depression symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients with total hip replacement,and has high clinical application value.
