摘  要:目的了解重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,探讨ICU机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的危险因素。方法回顾性的对某三级甲等医院2012年12月-2013年12月在ICU住院治疗期间行机械通气患者的147例,就其性别、年龄、带管时间、病原菌分布结果等进行调查分析。结果 147例ICU机械通气患者中发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的86例,感染率为58.5%。logistic回归分析显示机械通气天数是ICU行机械通气治疗患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生的危险因素。结论采取适当的措施处理及预防VAP的发生是当今医学界一个重要课题,施行呼吸机集束干预策略可以有效地降低VAP的发生,呼吸机集束化管理势在必行。Objective To understand the ventilator associated pneumonia incidence in severe patie-nts, to explore the risk factors of ICU mechanical ventilation in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods 147 cases of patients being carried out mechanical ventilation in ICU at the top three hospitals in December 2012 to December 2013 were investigated retrospectively, And their sex, ages, intubation time, pathogen distribution results etc. were analyzed. Results Among 147 patients in ICU, there were 86 cases having ventilator-associated pneumonia, and the infection rate was 58.5%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the days of mechanical ventilation is the risk factors of ventilator-associated pneumonia for ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. Conclusion It is an important topic in medical circles to make appropriate treatment and prevention about ventilator-associated pneumonia,. The implementation of ventilator bundle can effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, Management about ventilator bundle was necessary.
