摘 要:目的探讨肉毒中毒引发呼吸衰竭的临床表现以及治疗效果。方法选取我院2008年—2015年收治的肉毒中毒引发呼吸衰竭的患者22例进行回顾性分析。结果 22例患者均有头昏、视物模糊和四肢无力症状,而呕吐症状在患者中出现的比例最低(54.55%);机械通气48 h以及撤机后,患者呼吸频率、PH、Pa CO_2、Sa O_2等呼吸指标有明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论肉毒中毒引发呼吸衰竭的患者,应尽早使用呼吸机改善患者呼吸状况,并行支持治疗、抗肉毒血清治疗、抗生素防治感染和营养补充等。Objective To investigate the Clinical manifestations of botulism leading to respiratory failure and its treatment. Methods 22 patients diagnosed with respiratory failure caused by botulism in our hospital from 2004 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 22 patients had dizziness, blurred vision and limbs weakness. Vomiting symptoms were rare in 22 patients with the lowest proportion (54..55%); After mechanical ventilation for 48h, respiratory rate, PH, PaCO2, SaO2 of patients were improved significantly with a Significant difference (P〈0.05); After treatment,all patients were recovered and Were discharged from the hospital. Conclusion For patients having respiratory failure caused Botulism; i,t should be important to use ventilator as soon as possible in order to improve the respiratory status of the patients, and the parallel support treatment, botulinum antiserum treatment, antibiotics and nutrition supplement should be given too.
