摘  要:目的探讨益生菌在儿童变态反应性疾病中的防治作用。方法选择2012年1月-2013年1月我院出生,家长一方或双方有严重过敏史的新生儿120例,在征得家长同意后,将两组新生儿平均分成A组和B组,每组各60例,A组:给予常规喂养,即母乳或混合喂养,同时添加双歧杆菌四联活菌患儿在治疗6个月;B组:常规喂养,不添加任何微生态制剂。于24月龄时随访新生儿过敏症状,并检测IgG抗体阳性率及IgE抗体水平。结果 A组应用双歧杆菌组新生儿24月龄阶段过敏性湿疹、腹泻及鼻炎的发生率明显低于B组,P<0.05;过敏性支气管炎的发生率两组无明显差异,P>0.05;两组新生儿IgG、IgE抗体阳性情况比较A组的IgG抗体阳性率及血清总IgE抗体水平均明显低B组,P<0.05。结论益生菌能够对免疫进行调节,减少变态反应性疾病的发生率。Objective To explore the role of probiotics in pediatric allergic disease prevention. Methods 120 cases of newborn from January 2012 to January 2013 were collected, one or both parents had severe allergies, and the consent of the parents were obtained, the two groups of an average newborn were divided into group A and group B, 60 cases in each group, group A was given regular feeding, that is breast milk or mixed feeding, at the same time added bifidobacterium quadruple children living bacterium in the treatment of 6 months; Group B was given regular feeding, do not add any probiotics. At 24 months follow-up, neonatal allergy symptoms, and detection of IgG antibody positive rate and IgE antibody level were detected. Results Application of bifidobaeterium group A set of neonatal 24 months of age stage allergic eczema, and rhinitis diarrhea incidence were lower than that of group B, P 〈 0.05; the incidence of allergic bronchitic was no difference between the two groups, P 〉 0.05 ;two groups of neonatal IgG, IgE antibody positive comparison group A IgG antibody positive rate and serum total IgE antibody levels were significantly lower than that of group B, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Probiotics can be adjusted on the immune and reduce the incidence of allergic diseases.
