摘　　要：核电厂核级DCS系统中采用优选模块(以下简称PIF卡)对多路指令优先级进行综合判断,实现优选输出。PIF卡在实现多路指令优选输出控制功能的同时,还具备通信、自诊断以及可试验性的技术要求,是核电厂专设安全设施驱动系统的重要组成单元,也是核级DCS定期试验的重要元件。在CPR1000项目现场调试过程中,曾经偶发过正常工作的PIF在定期试验中出现异常的现象。为此,分析研究PIF卡的功能架构、试验回路原理和试验方法以找到异常的根本原因并给出处理思路和解决方案,对于保障安全设施的安全可靠动作具有重要意义。The Priority interface card （PIF card） of safety DCS of CPRIO00 project is used to make Priority judgment and orders and launch the management for multi safety highest priority order output. PIF card can manage the priority of different actuation orders and has communication, diagnose and testability function, and is the safety important element of engineered safety features actuation system as well as the important component of safety DCS period test. In CPR1000 DCS commissioning stage, there are in expectant status occurred occasionally during normal PIF card testing. To locate the root cause and find the solution, the study for PIF function, testing character and method of PIF card in period test as well as the treatment idea has great significance for the safety and reliable actuation of engineered safety features.
