摘　　要：吉林石化公司苯酚丙酮装置已经投用20多年,部分蒸汽系统存在运行不合理、蒸汽品质低、能源浪费高的情况;同时原有控制系统老化严重、故障频发,亟待更新。本项目通过PlantCruise及SaftyManager控制系统对原有控制系统进行更新,同时对部分设备进行改造,实现蒸汽系统优化节能运行,为工厂创造更好的经济效益。Jilin Petrochemical Co phenol acetone plant has been used for more than 20 years, some of the steam system has unreasonable operation, low steam quality and high energy waste. At the same time, the aging of the original control system, frequent failures, urgent need to update. The project through the PlantCruise and SaftyManager control system for the original control system to update, while part of the equipment transformation, realize the optimization of energy saving operation of the steam system, create better economic benefits for the factory.
