养心氏片在^(131)碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进症中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察养心氏片在^(131)碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)中的疗效和特点。方法:确诊甲亢并进行^(131)碘治疗后的患者86例,男23例,女63例,年龄19~72岁,随机分试验组和对照组,每组43例。试验组:^(131)碘+养心氏片,对照组:^(131)碘+β受体阻滞剂(美托洛尔或比索洛尔)。所有患者均行^(131)碘治疗,服^(131)碘后给予养心氏片或比索洛尔。随访时间:治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8、10、12周,共7次。随访内容:临床症状、体重、血压、心率、心电图、甲功。结果:养心氏试验组入选病例在观察疗程内无不良反应发生。2组疗效比较,没有统计学意义。养心氏试验组中心率<100次/分的患者的心悸症状在治疗后2~4周明显缓解,而心率>100次/分的患者在第8~10周时才出现心悸改善。结论:养心氏片在^(131)碘治疗甲亢中疗效明确,无明显不良反应。在心率>100次/分的患者可联合β受体阻滞剂,对缓解心脏症状的效果更佳。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and characteristics of Yangxinshi tablet in Iodine treatment of Hyperthyroidism.Methods： A total of 86 cases of patients （23 males and 63 females, aged 19~72 years old） diagnosed as hyperthyroidism and having received iodine treatmen, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 43 cases in each.The treatment group was given ＆quot;iodine and Yangxinshi tablet＆quot; and the control group was given ＆quot;iodine and β-Blocker＆quot; （Metoprolol or Bisoprolol）.All patients were given Yangxinshi or Bisoprolol respectively after iodine treatment.Follow-up time： before and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 weeks after the treatment, 7 times in all.Follow-up contents： clinical symptoms, body weight, blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, and thyroid function.Results： No adverse reaction was detected in the observation on the treatment group There was no statistical significance in the efficacy by comparing the two groups.In the treatment group, the palpitation of the patients （heart rate〈100 BPM） was relieved after 2-4weeks;patients （heart rate〉100 BPM） were not relieved until 8-10weeks later.Conclusion： Yangxinshi tablet shows eminent therapeutic effect without obvious adverse reaction in the Iodine treatment of Hyperthyroidism.The heart symptoms will be better relieved in patients（heart rate〉100 BPM） by receiving Yangxinshi tablet combined with β-Blocker.
