摘　　要：细胞因子是由免疫细胞和某些非免疫细胞经刺激而合成、分泌的一类具有广泛生物学活性的小分子蛋白质。其介导和调控免疫、炎症反应及单核/巨噬细胞产生单核因子等过程。不孕症(infertility)是指女性无避孕性生活至少12个月未孕。随着社会生活压力的增大,女性妊娠年龄呈上升趋势且不孕患者数量逐年增加。肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)属于细胞因子之一,通过多种生物学效应参与子宫内膜异位症的形成和发展,同时干扰胰岛素信号途径中酪氨酸的磷酸化,抑制细胞膜上胰岛素受体底物-1(insulin receptorsubstrate-1,IRS-1)和胰岛素受体β(insulin receptorβ,INSR-β)链上酪氨酸激酶的磷酸化,导致胰岛素信号传导通路受阻,形成胰岛素抵抗。此外,TNF-α还能造成输卵管损伤,引起女性不孕。本文就国内外关于TNF-α与不孕症的关系研究作一综述。Cytokines are small molecule protein that are synthesized and secreted by immune cells and some non immune cells. It mediates and regulates the immune and inflammatory responses as well as production of monocytes in monocytes/macrophages. Infertility refers to the fact that women are not pregnant for at least 12 months without contraception. With the increase of social life pressure, the age of female pregnancy is on the rise and the number of infertility patients is increasing year by year. Tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α） belongs to cytokines, which involves in the formation and development of endometriosis through a variety of biological effects, interferes the phosphorylation of tyrosine in insulin signal pathway, inhibits the tyrosine kinase phosphorylation on insulin receptor substrate-1（IRS-1）and insulin receptor β（INSR-β）chain of cell membrane, resulting in the blocking of insulin signal transduction pathway and the formation of insulin resistance. In addition, TNF-α may also cause damage to the fallopian tube, which may cause infertility in women.This paper reviews the research on the relationship between TNF-α and infertility at home and abroad.
