透骨消痛保健液超声导入治疗类风湿性关节炎关节疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察多功能超声透药仪联合透骨消痛保健液导入治疗类风湿性关节炎关节疼痛的效果并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取膝骨性关节炎患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组采用多功能超声透药仪联合透骨消痛保健液导入治疗,对照组只使用中药外涂,30 d为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后VAS疼痛指数、疼痛缓解率变化,并ELISA测定治疗前后血清IL-37、TGF-β、IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-1α5种细胞因子含量的变化。结果:观察组治疗后VAS疼痛指数由治疗前的(5.1±1.4)分下降到(1.5±0.4)分,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后VAS疼痛指数无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组和对照组的疼痛缓解率分别为94.4%、77.1%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组行走能力经治疗由(10.56±3.82)分提高到(13.56±3.85)分,提高效果显著(P<0.01),对照组无显著变化(P>0.05),观察组作用明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组血清IL-37、TGF-β、IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-1α5种细胞因子水平均显著降低(P<0.01),而对照组没有显著降低(P>0.05),观察组和对照组治疗后5种细胞因子含量存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:多功能超声透药仪联合透骨消痛保健液导入治疗类风湿性关节炎够有效的缓解RA患者的关节疼痛,显著提高患者的步行能力,显著降低炎性因子IL-37、TGF-β、IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-1α含量是其部分作用机制。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Tougu Xiaotong Baojian Liquid ultrasound import on joint pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis and explore the mechanism. Methods： 70 Cases with rheumatoid arthritis were chosen, and divided into the observation group and the control group, each group of 35 cases. The ob- servation group was using muhifunctional ultrasonic through medicine to import the Tougu Xiaotong Baojian liquid to treat the joint pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis, control group used Tougu Xiaotong Baojian liquid external application only, 30 days for a period of treatment. The changes of VAS pain index, pain relief rate, walking a- bility were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, the changes of serum IL - 37, TGF - 13, IFN -γ, TNF -α, IL - 1 ot levels were observed. Results： After the treatment, the VAS pain index of patients in the observation group dropped from （5.1±1.4） to （ 1.5±0. 4）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. While there was no significant difference in the control group（P 〉0. 05） ,the effect of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. The pain relief rate of the observation group and the control group were 94. 4% and 77. 1% respectively,the effect of observation group was significantly bet- ter than that of the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）.
