滋阴清热法对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清IgE、IL-5及FeNO的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴清热法对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)、白介素-5(IL-5)、呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)的影响。方法:将96例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者按数字表法随机分作对照组与观察组各48例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合滋阴清热法治疗,连续治疗4周。评价2组的临床疗效,并观察主要症状评分治疗前后的变化,测定血清Ig E、IL-5水平及呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者主要症状评分治疗后较治疗前均明显下降,观察组下降更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清Ig E、IL-5水平及呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)较治疗前明显降低,观察组与对照组比较,降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用滋阴清热法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果肯定,可降低血清Ig E、IL-5水平及Fe NO水平。Objective： To observe the effects of Ziyin Qingre therapy on serum IgE, IL - 5 and FeNO levels in patients with cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods：96 Cases with CVA were divided into two groups at random according to number table, with each 48 cases, control group was given Western medical conventional therapy, observe group was given Chinese medicine Ziyin Qingre therapy on the basis of control, treatment was lasted for 4 weeks. The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated , symptoms score was recorded before and after treatment, serum IgE, IL -5 and FeNO levels were determined respectively before and after treatment. Re- stilts： The total effective rate of observe group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the main symp- toms in the two groups were significantly improved after treated, the effects of observe group were more significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Serum IgE, IL - 5 and FeNO levels in the two groups were reduced after treated, the levels of ob- serve group were much lower to compare with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Ziyin Qingre therapy can effectively treat cough variant asthma, decrease serum IgE, IL- 5 and FeNO levels.
