生肌止血散对急性胃出血大鼠凝血功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生肌止血散对急性胃出血大鼠模型的作用。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、止血散组,每组10只。采用吲哚美辛灌胃复制急性胃出血大鼠模型,止血散组给予生肌止血散溶液灌胃,阳性对照组给予云南白药溶液灌胃,正常组、模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,分别于造模后0.5 h和3 h各灌胃1次。14 h后腹主动脉取血,并摘除大鼠全胃。比较各组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及胃黏膜出血点情况。结果:正常组的PT为(11.020±1.698)s、APTT为(21.850±3.101)s、TT为(58.650±4.880)s;模型组的PT为(12.650±0.642)s、APTT为(25.980±3.602)s、TT为(64.810±3.704)s;阳性对照组的PT为(10.860±1.318)s、APTT为(20.900±2.428)s、TT为(54.190±3.990)s;止血散组的PT为(9.600±0.804)s、APTT为(20.540±2.208)s、TT为(52.730±5.865)s;与模型组比较,正常组、阳性对照组、止血散组凝血指标均显著性降低(P<0.01)。正常组胃黏膜无出血点,模型组为(30.400±4.858)个,阳性对照组为(16.200±3.615)个,止血散组为(10.800±2.378)个;与模型组胃黏膜出血点比较,正常组、阳性对照组、止血散组均显著性降低(P<0.01);与阳性对照组胃黏膜出血点比较,止血散组显著性降低(P<0.01)。结论:生肌止血散能改善大鼠的凝血功能,促进止血,并能减少大鼠的胃黏膜出血点。Objective： To observe the effect of Shengji Zhixue San on acute gastric hemorrhage rats. Meth- ods： 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group , model group ,positive group and Shengji Zhixue San group,each contained 10 rats. Models were made by intragastric indomethacin , Shengji Zhixue San group was given Shengji Zhixue San, positive group was given Yunnan Baiyao, normal group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline, respectively. After modeling 0. 5 h and 3 h each group was intragastric 1 times. After 14 h each group took abdominal aortic blood and removed stomach. Coagulation function indexes （APTT, PT,TT）and gastric mucous blutene chloaide were determined. Results： In normal group,the average prothrombin time was （ 11. 020±1. 698） seconds,the activated partial thromboplastin time was （21. 850± 3. 101 ） seconds,the thrombin time was （58. 650 ±4. 880 ）seconds. In the model group,those were （ 12. 650 ±0. 642） seconds, （25. 980± 3. 602 ）seconds and （64. 810±3. 704 ）seconds. In the positive control group, those were （ 10. 860±1.318 ） seconds, （20. 900±2. 428 ） seconds, （ 54. 190±3. 990） seconds. And in the experimental group, it was （9. 600 ± 0. 804） seconds, （ 20. 540±2. 208 ） seconds, （ 52. 730±5. 865 ） seconds. Compared with the model group, the anothers were significantly lower（P 〈 0. 01 ）. On gastric mucous bleeding point, the normal group had no gastric mucosal bleeding point, bleeding point number of positive and zhixue San groups was significantly less than that of model group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; compared with the positive control group , that of Zhixue San group was less （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Shengji Zhixue San can improve the blood coagulation function , promote the bleeding, and reduce the bleeding point of the gastric mucous in rats.
