保守治疗和椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 评价分析保守治疗和椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的疗效.方法 将2013年1月至2015年1月就诊的64例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者随机分为A组（保守治疗组）和B组（PKP治疗组）,A组患者主要采用常规的保守治疗,而B组主要采用椎体后凸成形术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果 两组患者治疗前疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、欧洲脊柱骨质疏松症研究问卷评分（EVOS）以及椎体高度和后凸Cobb角比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;而治疗后B组患者VAS、EVOS评分以及椎体高度和后凸Cobb角变化明显优于保守组（P〈0.05）,同时B组患者治疗后总满意度（100%）也明显高于A组（77.78%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 PKP和保守方法治疗骨质疏松性脊柱椎体骨折均有临床疗效,但与保守治疗比较,PKP可快速缓解患者疼痛,促进患者早期活动、恢复活动功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用.Objective To evaluate the clinical results and value of kyphoplasty treatment in osteoporotic spinal fractures patients. Methods 64 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into group A（conservative treatment）group B（kyphoplasty treatment）,and patients of group A with major clinical conventional conservative treatment,while group B with mainly vertebrae protruding angioplasty treatment,and the results of treatment groups were observed. Results The VAS,EVOS score and vertebral height and Cobb＇s angle changes were compared between two groups before treatment P〉0.05,the difference didn＆#39;t have a statistically meaning;while VAS in group B after treatment,EVOS score,vertebral height and kyphosis Cobb angle changed much better than the that of group A（P〈0.05）, and patients in group B after treatment total satisfaction（100%）was also significantly higher（77.78%）,the two groups P〈0.05,it had a significant difference. Conclusion Kyphoplasty results in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures is significant,and it also has an important role in alleviating patient pain,promoting functional recovery of patients with active,and improving treatment satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical use.
