中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的疗效及安全性.方法 选取2014年4月至2016年4月治疗稳定性异位妊娠78例,选择MTX＋米非司酮＋中药方案35例为观察组,选择MTX＋米非司酮方案43例为对照组,观察两组疗效、不良反应等.结果 观察组疗效显著率、好转率、总有效率分别为68.57%、22.86%、94.29%,对照组疗效显著率、好转率、总有效率分别为48.84%,32.56%,81.40%,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组血β-HCG值恢复正常、盆腔包块消失、临床症状体征消失、总住院时间、月经恢复等时间均短于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗异位妊娠,疗效更明显,康复时间短,不良反应少,值得进一步推广应用.Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine between cases of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 78 cases of stable ectopic pregnancy were selected during the period from April 2014 to April 2016.35 cases of MTX＋ mifepristone ＋ traditional Chinese medicine were selected as observation group,and 43 cases of MTX＋ mifepriston were selected as the control group.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The curative effect rate,improvement rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 68.57%,22.86%,and 94.29%,respectively.In the control group,the effective rate,improvement rate and total effective rate were 48.84%,32.56%,81.40%.The difference between two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The shorten time that β-HCG return to normal level and clinical symptoms and signs disappear,less time of pelvic mass regression,menstrual recovery and hospitalization in the observation group significantly differed from the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treating ectopic pregnancy is more obvious with shorter recovery time and less adverse reaction.This therapy deserves further popularization and application.
