支撑喉镜下CO2激光显微手术与低温等离子刀治疗会厌囊肿的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 观察支撑喉镜下CO2激光显微手术治疗会厌囊肿的疗效和安全性.方法 选择66例治疗的会厌囊肿患者,按入院先后顺序,随机分为A组36例,B组30例.A组给予支撑喉镜下CO2激光显微手术切除,B组采用低温等离子刀切除,记录术中、术后的各项临床指标并进行对比分析.结果 A组的手术时间、术后疼痛时间、黏膜肿胀消退时间短于B组,术后出血率低于B组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,术中出血量和术后复发率组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 支撑喉镜下CO2激光显微手术治疗会厌囊肿具有手术时间短、损伤小、疗效确切及并发症少等优点.Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of endoscopic direct laryngoscope CO2 laser surgery on epiglottic cyst with that of low-temperature plasma. Methods 66 cases with epiglottic cyst treated were included in this study in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups：A group（36 cases）,treated by endoscopic direct laryngoscope CO2 laser surgery,B group（30 cases）,treated by low-temperature plasma. The operation related indexes and postoperative complications were recorded and compared. Results By the end of following up period,the surgical procedure with CO2 laser surgery showed more advantages in the operation time,amount of postoperative bleeding,wound healing time,postoperative pain. Intraoperative bleeding was no significant difference between the two surgical procedures. All patients with clinical follow-up revealed no locoregional cyst recurrence. Conclusion Endoscopic direct laryngoscope CO2 laser surgery is a safe and effective method for treatment of epiglottic cysts.
