金黄如意膏阴囊贴敷辅助治疗成人急性附睾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察金黄如意膏阴囊贴敷辅助治疗成人急性附睾炎的临床疗效并作出分析.方法 选取住院符合成人单侧急性附睾炎的患者80例,随机分为两组,观察组采用抗生素＋地塞米松降阶梯治疗＋金黄如意膏阴囊贴敷,对照组采用抗生素＋地塞米松降阶梯治疗.观察治疗一周两组的疗效有无差异,包括7d内阴囊无触痛率、阴囊无触痛平均时间、彩色多普勒超声检查肿块大小、血白细胞和CPR的变化.结果 观察组和对照组治疗1周有效率分别为92.5%和82.5%;3d、5d及7d阴囊无触痛率分别为87.5%和67.5%、90%和77.5%、100%和95%;7d内观察组和对照组阴囊无触痛平均时间为1.6d和2.2d;复查彩超附睾肿块缩小〉50%分别为85%和67.5%;血白细胞和CPR治疗前后均恢复正常.结论 金黄如意膏阴囊贴敷辅助治疗急性附睾炎能够缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦,有效防止附睾结节形成,降低慢性附睾炎的发生率.Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of golden ruyi cream scrotal attach in adjuvant treatment of adult acute epididymitis. Methods 80 hospitalized adult patients with unilateral acute epididymitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups, experimental group treated with antibiotics ＋ dexamethasone down stairs ＋ golden ruyi cream scrotum were applied,the control group treated with antibiotics ＋ dexamethasone down stairs. The curative effect of two groups observed 1 week after the treatment was different,including the scrotum within 7 days without tenderness,scrotal tenderness average time,color doppler ultrasound examination lump size,the change of blood white cells and CPR. Results The experimental group and the control group treatment week effectiveness were 92.5% and 82.5% respectively;3,5,and 7 scrotal tenderness rate were 87.5% and 67.5% respectively,90% and 77.5%,100% and 95%. The experimental group and the control group within 7 days scrotal tenderness average time of 1.6 and 2.2 days. Review exceeded epididymal tumors shrank by more than 50%,85% and 67.5%,respectively. Blood leukocytes and CPR before and after treatment were back to normal. Conclusion Golden ruyi cream scrotal attach auxiliary treatment of acute epididymitis is able to shorten the course of the disease,relieve patients＆#39; pain,effectively prevent the epididymis nodule formation,reduce the incidence of chronic epididymitis.
