摘　　要：目的 探讨经皮肾镜联合超声气压弹道（EMS）碎石清石术治疗泌尿系统结石的手术配合及护理.方法 回顾总结行择期手术50例结石患者的术前心理护理及器械准备、术中配合及相关护理.结果 50例患者中无一例由于器械原因或护理不当而导致手术时间延长或改变手术方式等相关并发症的发生.结论 经皮肾镜联合EMS碎石清石术具有碎石率高、手术时间短、恢复快、并发症少等优点,治疗结石效果显著.Objective To explore the operative cooperation and nursing of lithotripsy combined with PCNL and EMS treats calculi in urinary system. Methods The preoperative psychological care and equipment preparation,intraoperative coordination and related nursing of 50 calculi cases underwent elective operations were reviewed and summarized. Results No one was prolonged surgical time or changed the way of operation or other related complications due to inadequate equipment or poor care in 50 cases. Conclusion Lithotripsy combined with PCNL and EMS has a remarkable effect on calculi with the advantages of high lithotripsy rate,short operation time,rapid recovery and fewer complications.
