脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓原因分析与护理防范对策

摘　　要：目的 分析脑卒中患者发生深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的原因,探讨其护理对策.方法 回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年10月18例年龄〉65岁的脑卒中患者发生DVT的临床资料.结果 患者发生DVT的主要原因是活动减少、药物的使用、基础疾病、吞咽障碍饮水摄入减少、静脉置管等多种因素作用.结论 医护人员除常规进行脑卒中治疗护理同时,要积极采取合理的防范措施进行早干预,预防DVT的形成,提高护理质量.Objective To analyze the causes of deep vein thrombosis（DVT）in stroke patients and explore the nursing countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 18 DVT patients aged greater than 65 years from January 2013 to October 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The main causes of DVT were reduced activity,the use of drugs,basic diseases,decreased intake of water caused by dysphagia and venous catheterization. Conclusion Except for routine treatment and nursing of stroke patients,medical staff should take reasonable precautions to intervene early so as to prevent the formation of DVT and improve the quality of nursing.
