摘  要:干扰色指由于观察角度的不同,Low-E玻璃干涉层的光程差产生变化,导致室外面小角度观察时,与室外面垂直观察产生的颜色偏差,是由组成Low-E的各膜层叠加效果造成,属于双银Low-E玻璃的光学特性。在双银Low-E生产过程中,如何很好地控制干涉色,保持Low-E颜色一致,改善外观质量,提高客户满意度,对镀膜工艺既是机会也是挑战。本文就双银Low-E玻璃干涉色的形成原理,对工艺过程控制进行浅谈。Interfering color means as a result of different observing angles, the optical path difference of Low-E glass's intervention layer has changed, causing a color difference when it is observed from a low angle compared with that from vertical direction. It is caused by overlaid coatings of complete Low-E coating, it is a kind of optical character of double silver Low-E glass, it is a great chance and challenge for coating technology to control interfering color in a better way, keep the color of Low-E coating same, improve appearance quality and increase clients' satisfaction. This essay is to talk about the forming theory of interfering color for double silver Low-E glass and the control in process.
