摘　　要：2009/125/EC欧盟Erp指令要求委员会于2016年11月公布了一个基于照明产品生态设计法规的预备方案,用于对现有照明产品及部件在环境影响、技术要求和经济效益等方面进行分析和研究,该法规是在现有(EC)No 244/2009和(EU)No 1194/2012技术法规基础上进行的发展和提高。本项目针对欧盟Erp指令法规对LED灯生态设计的要求进行比对分析,并给出了有效的应对措施,为我国LED照明出口企业有效应对欧盟技术性贸易措施提供帮助。2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council announced a preliminary regulation based on lighting products ecodesign in November 2016,carries on the analysis and research the lighting products and components in the environmental impact,technical requirements and the economic benefit and so on. The regulation is based on the development and improvement in the current（EC） No244/2009 and（EU） No 1194/2012. The article compares and analyses the ecodesign requirements for LED lighting products in European and effective measures are given,helping the LED lighting export enterprises in China to effectively deal with the EU technical measures to trade.
