CSM改性HCPE防腐涂料的研究

摘　　要：研究了CSM改性HCPE防腐涂料的微观结构及改性涂料的漆膜性能 .结果表明 :CSM加入量在一定范围内可形成分散相包藏结构 ,与传统的氯化石蜡改性相比 ,CSM改性HCPE防腐涂料效果明显 .并且由于包藏结构的存在 ,使改性涂料的漆膜具有良好的柔韧性 。Chlorosulphonated polyethylene(CSM)modified HCPE anticorrosive coating was studied in this paper,and the microstructure and its influence on properties were characterized by TEM test.Results indicate that HCPE particles were embedded in the dispersed phase of CSM,which can modify flexibility of paint film.Meantime,it is good for keeping excellent adhesivity and rigidity of HCPE with low content of CSM in this coating.Besides,the flexibility of CSM modified HCPE anticorrosion paint is superior to clorafin modified HCPE.
