摘 要:采用负压法,对我国中亚热带地区的常绿米槠次生林(CT)、米槠人促更新林(CF)、米槠人工林(CP)、杉木人工林(CLP)不同深度土壤溶液中的可溶性有机质(DOM)数量和光谱特征进行研究.结果表明:人促更新和人工方式均可增加土壤溶液中可溶性有机碳(DOC)的质量浓度,在表层(0—15 cm)达到显著性水平(P<0.05);人促更新对DOC质量浓度增加的影响更为显著,DOC质量浓度浓度整体趋势为CLP>CF>CP>CT.人促更新和人工方式均可增加土壤溶液的芳香化指数(AI);在表层(0—15 cm),人促更新可明显增加AI.CF和CP对腐殖化指数(HIXsyn)的影响不显著.根据荧光发射波长,CF和CP在325 nm出现了特征峰,表明该两种森林更新方式增加了土壤的腐殖化程度;不同处理相比,人促更新方式更有利于提高土壤的腐殖化程度,有利于土壤肥力的保存.Using the negative pressure sampling method,the concentrations and spectral characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM) of soil solutions were studied at different layers in Castanopsis carlesii(CT),C. carlesiiforest(CF),C. carlesii plantation(CP) and Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation(CLP) in a subtropical zone.The results showed that dissolved organic carbon(DOC) concentrations in soil solution increased by using human regeneration and artificial methods,and reached a significant level in the surface layer(0 ― 15 cm)(P0.05).The increase in DOC concentrations in soil solutions was more significantin the human regeneration method,and the overall trend of DOC concentration was CLPCFCPCT.The aromatic index(AI) increased by human regeneration and artificial methods.In the surface layer(0 ― 15 cm),the increase in AI was greater by the human regeneration method.There was no significant difference in the humification index(HIX) between C. carlesiiforest and C. carlesii plantation.The fluorescence emission spectrum showed that there were peaks(325 nm) in the C. carlesiiforest and C. carlesii plantation,indicating that the degree of humification of the soil in creased.The human regeneration method is more conducive for improving the degree of soil humification and conserving soil fertility.
