摘 要:由于长引水式水电站受地质地形条件、工程施工条件和系统运行稳定性等因素限制,为保证其安全运行,设置并联双调压室。通过建立调压室上游侧各支路阀门瞬变流水力特性的分析模型,以及考虑并联调压室水力特性的稳定性分析模型,深入分析了系统特殊的爆管瞬变流过程和水力振动特性。结果表明:在对应不同的爆管口直径同一爆管点位置,蝶阀至调压室之间管段最大瞬时流量为额定流量的1.14~2.21倍。随着爆管口直径的加大,不同特征管段的最大瞬时流量增大。考虑同一爆管口直径对应不同的爆管点位置,蝶阀至调压室之间管段最大瞬时流量为额定流量的1.25~1.67倍。随着爆管点和调压室距离增大,不同特征管段的最大瞬时流量增大。在任一支路爆管等不利情况下,通过相应支路阀门的控制可以降低复杂的瞬变流过程对另一正常运行支路的影响。研究所得水力—机械系统特征值分析成果对揭示引水系统水力振动特性具有参考价值。As the long-distance water diversion hydropower station is restricted by the factors of geological and topographical con- ditions, construction conditions, system operation stabilities, etc. , the parallel-double surge chamber is arranged for ensuring its safe operation. Through establishing both the model for analyzing the hydraulic characteristics of the transient flows through all the branch valves at the upstream side of the surge chamber and the model for analyzing the stability of the hydraulic characteristics of the parallel surge chamber, the special pipe-burst transient flow process and the hydraulic vibration characteristics of the system are deeply analyzed herein. The result shows that the maximum transient discharge of the pipe line section between butterfly valve and surge chamber is 1.14-2. 21 times of the rated flow rate at the same pipe-burst point that is corresponding to different pipe- burst diameters. Following with the increase of the pipe-burst diameter, the maximum transient flow rates of the different charac- teristic pipeline sections are to be increased. Considering that the same pipe-burst diameter is corresponding to different locations of pipe-burst points, the maximum transient discharge of the pipe line section between butterfly valve and surge chamber is 1.25 1.67 times of the rated flow rate. Along with the pipe-burst point being far away from the surge chamber, the maximum transi- ent flow rates of the different characteristic pipeline sections are to be increased. Under the adverse condition of pipe-burst from any of the branches, the influence from the complicated transient flow process on the other normally operated branch can be low- ered through the control of the corresponding branch valve. The study result obtained from the analysis made on the characteristic values of the hydraulic mechanical system has a reference value for revealing the hydraulic vibration characteristics of the wa-ter diversion system.
